Great location right next to the train station made exploring Florence easy. The view from my corner room was stunning, with charming historic decor adding character. Cleanliness stood out. the room felt fresh. However, the shower was frustratingly small, making it difficult to move around. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which disturbed my sleep. I noticed the lack of a mini-fridge for keeping drinks cold, and some basic amenities like toiletries weren’t consistently replaced during housekeeping. These factors could definitely use some attention to enhance the overall experience.

Amazing place! The room had air conditioning, a clean private bathroom with free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV. Loved having a balcony to relax on! The lift made getting around easy, and there were sockets near the bed. Breakfast was tasty, too. The staff were helpful and made everything feel welcoming.
